This is a possible multi-BILLION DOLLAR invention !!! but it's not going anywhere without the right investor.
There is so much hype surrounding the topic of alternative-renewable energy and the green economy...the only thing green about the current approach are the people involved in collecting the cash and pay offs....there is a solution, and the last thing these government (and corporate) fat cats want to do is actually implement a solution...buying wind mills and solar panels is NOT the solution. All it does is make the companies rich that produce these products (and most of these companies are overseas and not putting Americans to work)

If someone is currently working (and making money) in the green economy, the last thing in the world that they want is a solution outside of what THEY are involved with.
